Description

A fault with the signalling system between Sandling and Folkestone West means some lines are blocked. As a result, trains may be cancelled, delayed or revised.

Disruption is expected until 16:00.

What's happened?

A fault with the signalling system has been reported between Sandling and Folkestone West. As a result, the line towards Dover is currently blocked.

Response staff are on site and investigating.

How does this affect my journey?

No trains are able to run from Ashford towards Dover. Services will be diverted to run via Canterbury West.

Trains from Dover towards Ashford can run, but may still be delayed or cancelled.

What should I do?

You can use your ticket at no extra cost on Stagecoach routes:

  • 10 between Ashford and Folkestone

  • 81 between Dover and Sandwich

  • 104 & 105 between Folkestone and Dover
