Description
Storm Floris brought strong winds and heavy rain across northern England and Scotland. The Met office issued yellow and amber weather warnings and the earlier severe weather continues to disrupt various routes on the ScotRail network today.
Tickets dated for travel on Monday 4 August, can be used at no extra cost on services today, Tuesday 5 August.
The following routes are currently suspended due to staff carrying out safety checks:
Inverness and Kyle of Lochalsh / Wick / Aberdeen
Network Rail are working hard to make sure all lines are safe to operate trains but disruption is expected to continue until the end of the day. Please check before you travel.
