Description

A fault with a swing bridge between Doncaster and Scunthorpe means that all lines are blocked. As a result, trains running through these stations may be cancelled or delayed by up to 30 minutes.

This is expected until the end of the day.

Customer advice:

The swing bridge at Keadby Canal has failed. Network Rail staff are on site and will attempt to rectify the fault.

The following routes may be delayed, revised, or cancelled:

  • Liverpool Lime Street to Cleethorpes

  • Cleethorpes to Liverpool Lime Street

What should I do?

To help you complete your journey, rail replacement transport has been requested to run between Doncaster and Cleethorpes in both directions.
