Description

A points failure at Shipley means some lines are currently closed. As a result, trains running through this station may be cancelled, delayed by up to 30 minutes or revised.

Disruption is expected until the end of the day.

Replacement transport:

Road transport will depart as follows:

  • Bradford Forster Square at 20:20 calling at all stations to Ilkley (operated by J&B)

  • Ilkley at 20:55 calling at all stations to Bradford Forster Square (operated by Elite)


Journey times may be extended by up to 20 minutes whilst travelling by road transport.

Passengers are advised to travel between Leeds and Bradford via Bradford Interchange.

Northern train ticket restrictions have been lifted in the affected areas, including Advance and Peak restrictions, during this disruption. Restrictions will be reinstated once the disruption ends.
