Description

The emergency services have completed their work following an earlier incident. This has allowed all lines between Shrewsbury and Welshpool to reopen. Whilst service recovers, trains may still be delayed by up to 45 minutes, revised or cancelled.

Disruption is expected until 15:00.

Road replacement is being organised to run between Shrewsbury and Welshpool / Machynlleth (operated by Lloyds Coaches, Lakeside Coaches and Regional Transport).
