Description
The broken down train between South Tottenham and Blackhorse Road is now on the move allowing all lines to reopened. Trains running between Gospel Oak and Barking Riverside may still be delayed by up to 15 minutes or cancelled whilst service recovers.
Disruption is expected until 18:00.
