Description

Speed restrictions due to heavy rain means some routes across the ScotRail network will run at a reduced speed. Your journey may be delayed by up to 30 minutes.

Disruption is expected until 09:30.

Customer advice:

You can use your ticket, at no additional cost, on ScotRail services via any alternative route to your destination.

If you have had to drive to another station your ticket will be valid to collect your car on your return journey. Speak to a member of staff to validate your ticket.

Due to the heavy rain, speed restrictions will be in place on the following routes:

Until 08:10:

  • Between Glasgow Central and Ayr / Largs / Ardrossan Harbour

Until 08:15:

  • Glasgow Central - Wemyss Bay

Until 08:50:

  • Between Stranraer and Ayr / Kilmarnock

Until 09:05:

  • Between Glasgow Central and Carlisle
