Description

A safety inspection of the track between Luton and London St Pancras International means some southbound lines are blocked. Trains running between these stations may be revised.

Disruption is expected until 16:30.

Customer advice:

If you are travelling from St Albans City and West Hampstead Thameslink you may have to wait on the platform for longer than normal.

Please allow at least an additional 45 minutes to complete your journey today.

How are services changing?

While this disruption is ongoing, the following changes to services will apply:

Trains that normally run between Bedford and Rainham (Kent) will run non stop between St Albans City and Kentish Town, calling additionally at Kentish Town.

Other services on this route may also be run stop, however, these are being changed AD - HOC to help with congestion.

You can travel on the following services at no additional cost:

• Thameslink services between Bedford and London St Pancras International

• East Midlands Railway services between Bedford and London St Pancras International

• London Buses between Elstree & Borhamwood and Elephant & Castle

• London Underground between all London terminals
