Description

Storm Boelo is disrupting some Southeastern routes this evening.

We are currently dealing with two incidents involving trees blocking the railway. Response staff have been tasked to attend each incident and we are awaiting their arrivals.

Herne Bay

A tree is blocking the line towards London. Response staff have been asked to attend to remove the tree. The line away from London is not affected - if travelling to London from stations between Faversham and Ramsgate, please travel to Ramsgate and take one of the services via Ashford International. For stations beyond Faversham, please use our London Victoria services, however please note these are disrupted further up the line at Longfield.

Longfield

The tree has now been removed and the line through Longfield has reopened, but further services are affected by fallen trees at Herne Bay and Selling.

Sevenoaks

Trains are being delayed after a train has hit part of a tree which was blocking the railway. The driver is removing some branches from around the train and after this has been done, the train will move forward.

Selling

A train has hit a tree blocking the railway. The line is currently blocked and no services can run.

Sturry

A driver is currently carrying out safety inspections after a report of the train hitting a tree.
