Description
The Met Office have issued yellow and amber weather warnings covering England, Wales and Scotland today and tomorrow, Wednesday 10 December, as Storm Bram is forecast to bring strong winds and heavy rain.
Please check your entire journey before you travel.
Customer advice:
Services between Edinburgh and Carlisle will not run after 13:00 in both directions.
TransPennine Express strongly advise you to avoid travelling if you can between Glasgow Central / Edinburgh and Preston in both directions.

TransPennine Express urge you to defer your journey until tomorrow. If your ticket is dated for travel on Tuesday 9 December, you may use your tickets on any TransPennine Express service on Wednesday 10 December at no extra cost. You do not need to buy a new ticket.
Alternatively, if the train you intended to travel on is cancelled or you are unable to complete your journey then you can apply for a refund from your point of purchase.
