London Overground between Stratford and Clapham Junction

Description

Following multiple train faults in the Stratford area all lines have now reopened. This is causing residual disruption to Elizabeth line and London Overground services.

As service recovers, trains operating to / from this station may still be cancelled, delayed by up to 15 minutes or revised.

Disruption is expected until 21:45.

Elizabeth line customer advice:

For passengers travelling to Heathrow Terminal 5:

  • Board a service to Heathrow Terminal 4

  • Change at Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3

  • Board a Heathrow Express service to Heathrow Terminal 5 at no extra cost

  • Alternatively, the London Underground Piccadilly line can be used at no extra cost

Passengers may also use their tickets at no extra cost on the following routes:

  • Greater Anglia between London Liverpool Street and Shenfield

  • c2c between London Fenchurch Street and Upminster

  • London Overground between Romford and Upminster

  • Thameslink between Farringdon and Abbey Wood

  • Southeastern between London Terminals and Abbey Wood

  • Docklands Light Railway via any reasonable route

  • London Underground via any reasonable route

  • London Buses and local buses between between Shenfield and Ealing Broadway via Abbey Wood

Additional information:

There are multiple train faults causing disruption to services to / from Stratford. This includes:

  • Elizabeth line services due to a fault on a train at Stratford on platform 8

  • London Overground services due to an earlier fault on a train between Willesden Junction and Clapham Junction
