Description

Some lines have now reopened following a fault on a train between The Hawthorns and Birmingham Snow Hill. As service recovers, trains running between Stourbridge Junction and Birmingham Snow Hill may still be delayed by up to 70 minutes or revised.

This is expected until 11:00.

Customer advice:

Your ticket can be used at no extra cost, in both directions until further notice, on the following:

  • Midland Metro between The Hawthorns and Birmingham New Street

  • National Express West Midlands bus services between Stourbridge Town / Stourbridge Junction and Birmingham Snow Hill, and between Birmingham Snow Hill and Solihull
