Following a safety inspection of the track in the Todmorden area all lines have reopened. As service recovers, trains between Manchester Victoria and Hebden Bridge / Burnley Manchester Road may still be cancelled or delayed by up to 50 minutes.

Disruption is expected until 23:00.
