Description

A failure of the electricity supply between High Brooms and Tunbridge Wells means that some lines are closed.

As a result, trains running through these stations will be cancelled, delayed by up to 30 minutes or revised.

Disruption is expected until 17:00.

What's happened?

A failure of the electricity supply has been reported between High Brooms and Tunbridge Wells. While this is ongoing, the line from Tonbridge towards Tunbridge Wells is closed.

Response staff are on site at High Brooms and are carrying out an inspection of the track to ascertain the cause of the power supply issues.

How does this affect my journey?

No trains can run from Tonbridge towards Tunbridge Wells.

Services from Hastings / Tonbridge towards London aren't affected by the power supply problems, but services will be altered or cancelled as a result of trains being unable to run to Hastings.

What should I do?

Replacement buses are in operation between Tonbridge and Hastings.
