Description

An earlier trespass incident between High Brooms and Tunbridge Wells has been resolved. As service recovers, trains running between Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells may still be delayed by up to 40 minutes or cancelled.

Disruption is expected until 09:00.

What's happened?

A trespasser was reported on the railway earlier between High Brooms and Tunbridge Wells. They have now been removed from the railway by emergency services and the power is being switched back on again.

How does this affect my journey?

Trains will be on the move again shortly between Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells and Hastings, however there may still be some delays while we work to get trains back on time again.

What should I do?

Please allow additional time for your journey this morning.

Tickets can be used at no extra cost on Stagecoach Buses route 1066 between Tunbridge Wells and Hastings, and on Arriva Buses routes 7, 281 and 402 between Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells.
