Description

A trains automatic braking system being activated at Tunbridge Wells means some lines are blocked. Trains running between Tonbridge and Hastings may be revised.

Disruption is expected until 14:30.

What's happened?

A train's automatic braking system has been activated at Tunbridge Wells. The train has now moved and services are able to travel down to Hastings. However because of a lack of stock having made the trip down, reintroducing services towards London will take more time.

How does this affect my journey?

Trains are now able to travel towards Hastings, however delays, alterations and cancellations whilst we work on getting services back to normal working times.

What should I do?

You can use your ticket at no extra cost on Arriva Buses between Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells and Stagecoach Buses on route 1066.

Passengers for the Hastings line can use their tickets on High Speed services via Ashford until 12:30.
