Description

A points failure at Tywyn is causing disruption to trains running between Machynlleth and Pwllheli. As a result, trains running between these stations may be delayed by up to 60 minutes.

Disruption is expected until the end of the day.

Customer advice:

Buses will run as follows (operated by Lloyds):

  • A full size bus and mini bus will arrive into Machynlleth at 21:47 and will travel all stations to Pwllheli

  • A mini bus will arrive into Barmouth at approximately 21:55 and will travel all stations to Machynlleth

Road transport will take longer than rail services. Please allow extra time to complete your journey.

The 23:11 service Machynlleth to Aberystwyth service will run.

The 23:49 service Aberystwyth to Machynlleth service will also run.
