Description
Lines have reopened following a fault with the signalling system at Wadhurst. Trains running between Tonbridge and Hastings may still be cancelled, delayed by up to 20 minutes or revised whilst service recovers.
Disruption is expected until 19:00.
What's happened?
A fault with the signalling system earlier had been reported in the Wadhurst area, response staff have managed to rectify the issue allowing trains to run again, we are working hard to get the service back to normal.

Services running between Tonbridge and Hastings may be delayed, altered or revised.
What should I do?
The service is returning to normal, however please still allow extra time to complete your journey as delays are still likely.
The first direct services to leave London towards Hastings are now expected to be:
18:15 - London Charing Cross to Hastings - now starts at London Waterloo East with as estimated late start of 10 minutes
18:45 - London Charing Cross to Hastings - CANCELLED
19:15 - London Charing Cross to Hastings - Calling all stations
You can use your ticket at no extra cost on Stagecoach bus route 1066, and on Southern services between Hastings and Ashford International / London Victoria.
