Between Shrewsbury and Crewe
Description
There is a fault with the signalling system between Shrewsbury and Crewe, disrupting all lines running between these stations.
As a result of this issue, trains may be cancelled or delayed by up to 60 minutes.
This is expected until the end of the day.
Customer advice:
Rail replacement buses have been organised to run between Shrewsbury and Crewe via Yorton, Wem, Prees, Whitchurch (Shropshire), Wrenbury and Nantwich. These will arrive at Shrewsbury at approximately 21:30, and at Crewe at approximately 21:30 (provided by Eminence Travel).
Please note, road transport will take longer than rail services. You should allow extra time to complete your journey.

Avanti West Coast between Crewe and Chester / Manchester Piccadilly
Transport for Wales between Shrewsbury and Chester in both directions with Transport for Wales
