Trains between Wick and Inverness

Description

An earlier fault on a train at Georgemas Junction means trains to / from Wick are being disrupted. As a result, trains may be cancelled, delayed by up to 40 minutes or revised.

Disruption is expected until 13:30.

Customer advice:

ScotRail have requested rail replacement transport, one MacNeils bus secured at Wick, but no ETA. In addition, one mini bus secured at Thurso at 13:06 provided by D&E.

You can use your ticket at no extra cost on Stagecoach North buses between Inverness and Wick.

You can use your ticket, at no additional cost, on ScotRail services via any alternative route to your destination.

If you have had to drive to another station your ticket will be valid to collect your car on your return journey. Speak to a member of staff to validate your ticket.
