Description
A fire at a property near to the railway between Richmond / Clapham Junction and Willesden Junction means that all lines are closed.
An earlier loss of power to the overhead electric wires is also causing disruption to trains on this route.
As a result, services on the Mildmay line may be cancelled.
This is expected until 11:30.
