Engineering work is taking place between Cardiff Central and Bridgend via Pontyclun, closing all lines.

Great Western Railway:

Trains between London Paddington and Swansea / Carmarthen will be diverted between Cardiff Central and Bridgend extending journey times by up to 45 minutes.

The 14:58 & 16:55 Carmarthen to London Paddington services will be revised to start from Swansea.

The 19:03 Carmarthen to London Paddington will depart approximately 30 minutes earlier than normal.

Transport for Wales:

Trains between Cardiff Central and Bridgend via Pontyclun will be replaced by road transport all day.
