Description

Engineering work is taking place overnight between Cardiff Central and Bridgend, closing some lines.

Monday to Thursday:

The 20:48 London Paddington to Swansea will be diverted between Cardiff Central and Bridgend (via Ninian Park – not calling), departing Bridgend and beyond a few minutes later than normal.

The 21:48 and 22:48 London Paddington to Swansea will be diverted between Cardiff Central and Bridgend (via Barry – not calling), departing Bridgend and beyond up to 23 minutes later than normal. 

Tuesday to Friday:

The 03:46 Swansea to London Paddington will depart earlier at 03:41, Neath 03:53, Port Talbot Parkway 04:00, Bridgend 04:14. It will then be diverted between Bridgend and Cardiff Central (via Barry – not calling), departing Cardiff Central and beyond in normal timings. 

Thursday and Friday:

The 04:58 Swansea to London Paddington will be diverted between Bridgend and Cardiff Central (via Ninian Park – not calling), departing Cardiff Central 05:56, normal timings beyond.
