Description

Book with Confidence. Travel with Confidence.

Rail companies are working hard to make sure customers can travel safely and with confidence.

Before you travel, please check the below links for the latest government advice. Please note that there are some different rules and restrictions in England, Scotland and Wales:

Changes to the advice around social distancing and face coverings:

From Monday 19 July in England -

If you are travelling on any TfL (Transport for London) service, it remains mandatory to wear a face covering throughout your journey, unless exempt. Across the National Rail network, in crowded places you are encouraged to continue to wear a face covering, unless exempt.

The number of seats available for use on board services may also increase as social distancing restrictions have been lifted.

In Scotland and Wales -

You must continue to wear a face covering throughout your journey, unless exempt, as it remains mandatory.

Please continue to observe social distancing measures on board and in stations. The number of seats available for use on board will be reduced, to aid social distancing.
