Merseyrail - Timetable information and safe travel advice

Merseyrail are currently running an amended service. The latest timetables can be found here

Due to an increasing number of Merseyrail staff needing to isolate or shield as a result of COVID-19, the West Kirby and New Brighton services have been reduced to a daily 45-minute frequency.

The timetable across the rest of the Merseyrail network is operating with a 30-minute frequency (except the 15-minute service between Hooton and Liverpool).

Check before you travel:
You can check your journey up to Friday 12 February by using the National Rail Enquiries real-time Journey Planner.

Train times from Saturday 13 February onwards are not yet showing accurately in Journey Planners.

Please be aware that due to the current restrictions on travel, train schedules may change at short notice. We advise that you check your journey as close to the time of travel as possible.
