Merseyrail, along with the rest of the rail industry, are working to support efforts to delay the spread of coronavirus and to keep services running for essential travel.

**In line with government advice, you should only be travelling if you are a key worker or it is essential for you to do so. If you must travel, always practice social distancing.**

How is this affecting the train service?

Merseyrail are operating a reduced service to ensure that vital train services for key workers can keep running throughout a prolonged coronavirus outbreak.

The service will start at the normal time and trains will run every 30 minutes on all lines.
