Avanti West Coast, along with the rest of the rail industry, are working to support efforts to delay the spread of coronavirus and to keep services running for essential travel.

**In line with government advice, you should only be travelling if you are a key worker or it is essential for you to do so. If you must travel, always practice social distancing.**

How is this affecting the train service?

Avanti West Coast are operating a reduced timetable to ensure that vital train services for key workers can keep running throughout a prolonged coronavirus outbreak.

You are advised to check your journey using the National Rail Enquiries real-time Journey Planner. The Journey Planner is correct until the end of service on Monday 13 April.

If you are travelling from Tuesday 14 April onwards, please check back nearer the time.
