Caledonian Sleeper would like to remind all customers that they should only book to travel during the period of Government restrictions if it is absolutely necessary.

Please follow the latest advice from government and public health officials and please continue to keep services clear for those who need them the most.

If it is necessary for you to travel by National Rail, you must wear a face covering (unless you are exempt), try to travel off-peak, keep a 2-metre distance from others, and carry hand sanitiser or wash your hands.

The following services are currently operating:

  • Inverness to London Euston
  • Glasgow Central to London Euston
  • London Euston to Inverness
  • London Euston to Glasgow Central

Customers boarding at Edinburgh, please access the station via the Market Street entrance, which will remain open until 00:45. Boarding begins at 01:00.

If booking the Edinburgh Service, the departure time is after midnight. If you require to book on this service, the date of departure is the date that you are boarding the train. For example, if you require to arrive in London on Monday at 07:49, please select Monday as the date of travel.

The following services are currently suspended:

  • Fort William - London Euston (in both directions) - these are suspended up to and including Tuesday 14 July
  • Aberdeen - London Euston (in both directions) - these are suspended up to and including Monday 31 August


Refund information:

All guests who booked directly with Caledonian Sleeper will be contacted and receive an automatic refund to the card that was used to make the reservation. If you have not received a refund by 30 June 2020, please contact Caledonian Sleeper and select Change or Refund a Ticket.

Guests who made their reservation with a 3rd party should contact their ticket seller to apply for a refund.
