Southern / Thameslink to / from Brighton

Engineering work is taking place between Preston Park and Brighton, closing some lines all day.


Buses will replace trains between Brighton and Lewes.

Trains between London and Brighton will run to an amended timetable with extended journey times and will be diverted via Hove.

Trains towards London from Brighton will leave earlier than normal.


Thameslink trains to / from Brighton will be amended to run to / from Three Bridges / Haywards Heath instead of Brighton.

Thameslink tickets can be used on Southern services between Three Bridges / Haywards Heath and Brighton.

Some early morning / late night replacement buses will run where no Southern trains will run.
