Description

All lines have been reopened following icy rail conditions across the South Western Railway network this morning.

Some trains may still be cancelled, delayed or revised at short notice whilst services return to normal.

We anticipate that disruption will continue until the end of the day.

Customer advice:

To assist you with your journey your ticket will be accepted, at no extra cost to yourself, on the following services:

  • CrossCountry between Bournemouth and Basingstoke
  • Great Western Railway between Basingstoke and Reading, and between Reading and Paddington
  • Stagecoach Buses routes 4 and 9 between Honiton and Exeter
