Description

Transport for Wales are running an amended timetable across their network until further notice. This in place to prepare for the rise in staff shortages due to COVID-19 illnesses and isolations and to provide a robust and reliable service in the coming months.

The amended timetable represents a reduction of around 15% of the normal timetable, therefore the majority of services are expected to run as scheduled. However, you are strongly advised to check before you travel in case there are any short notice alterations made to the service. You can use Transport for Wales's Journey Check page to check your journey on the day you are travelling.

All customers are urged to check the Transport for Wales website before travelling and follow the up-to-date guidance from the Welsh Government.   

Customers who have already purchased tickets for services affected by this timetable change will be able to use tickets on alternative Transport for Wales rail services. Alternatively, you will be able to request a refund by visiting https://tfw.wales/help-and-contact/rail/refunds.

If you are travelling on dates up to and including Friday 4 February, you can check your journey using the National Rail Enquiries real-time Journey Planner

If you are travelling on dates from Saturday 5 February onwards, please check back closer towards your intended time of travel.
