Description

Engineering work is taking place in the Wakefield Westgate area, closing all lines.

CrossCountry:

Trains will not be able to run between Doncaster and Wakefield Westgate. Trains will be diverted to run on an alternative route, and will not call at Doncaster.

A replacement bus service will operate between Doncaster and Wakefield Westgate.

Grand Central:

On Sunday, trains will divert via Pontefract Monkhill.

LNER:

On Saturday, the 22.00 London Kings Cross to Leeds service will depart at 21.30 and terminate at Doncaster.

Throughout Sunday LNER will operate an hourly service to and from Leeds via a diversionary route and will not call at Wakefield Westgate.

A rail replacement coach service will be provided between Doncaster and Wakefield Westgate.

Services to and from Harrogate, Skipton and Bradford Forster Square will start and terminate at Leeds except the 09:15 from Harrogate to London Kings Cross and the 18:03 London Kings Cross to Harrogate service.

Northern:

Sunday only:

Services between Doncaster and Leeds will start / terminate at Wakefield Westgate. A rail replacement bus service will be in operation between Doncaster and Wakefield Westgate.
