There is No Step Free access at Laindon

Unfortunately, the lift at Laindon will be out of service all weekend between 22/08/2025 and 26/08/2025. This is due to additional works being required on the lift so that it can be resolved.

Customers can travel from Basildon as an alternative station or speak to staff at the station or use the help point to arrange assistance. Alternatively call 0345 744 4422 (option 3) and speak to our Assistance Team who can arrange assistance.
