Trains to Manchester

Manchester Piccadilly railway station, is a centrally located railway terminus which is the busiest in the Manchester group, which also includes Oxford Road, Victoria and Deansgate.

It originally opened in 1842 and serves popular destinations such as London Euston, Birmingham, Bristol, Southampton, South Wales and Glasgow with Virgin Trains and TransPennine Express. Northern destinations include Liverpool, Leeds, Sheffield, Newcastle and York. Manchester Piccadilly also has a well-connected Metrolink light rail network and is located in the station’s undercroft.

Located in the centre of the City, Manchester Piccadilly is close to a number of attractions, including Museum of Science & Industry, Old Trafford, National Football Museum, Manchester Museum and Chinatown.
