Season Ticket - add-on (Network West Midlands)

Add-on to the Network [Network West Midlands] Season Ticket.

Add-ons can be added to Season Tickets that already cover the following combination of zones:

Zone 1

Zone 1 & 2

Zone 1, 2 & 3

Zone 1, 2, 3 & 4

Zone 1, 2, 3, 4, & 5 [all zones]

Zone 2, 3, 4 & 5

Tickets that cover Zone 5 can also be used beyond Bloxwich North to all stations to Rugeley Trent Valley.

Tickets can be bought for periods 1 week, 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 13 weeks and 52 weeks (annual). A Student variation is available for specific term-times.

Reservations Compulsory


No, but you can reserve a seat on many longer distance services and reservations are recommended on busy services. Please note that some train services are designated as reservation only, regardless of ticket held.




Child version available for all zones and only for the periods of 1 week, 1 month or 1 term.

General Conditions

You can apply for a refund on a

Network Season Ticket valid for seven days or more as long as your ticket still has at least seven days validity remaining or three days for seven day season tickets.

The outstanding validity of the ticket will be refunded and is calculated from the date we receive the ticket less a £10 administration fee.

To get a refund please follow the instructions below. Please note you will need to supply your original ticket not a copy:

- For tickets bought at the station you can apply for a refund at your local station

- For tickets bought online, log on to your online account and follow on-screen instructions

- For tickets bought online at or via the Corporate Sales Scheme can write to: Direct Sales, Centro House, 16 Summer Lane, Birmingham B19 3SD.

Day tickets bought by passengers who forget their Season Tickets will not be refunded.
