Chiltern Friends & Family tickets offer the holder unlimited travel across the Chiltern Railways network on the date shown on the ticket, other than at stations managed by London Underground as they don't have the ability to accept barcode tickets.

General Conditions

Whilst issued as a Single for technical reasons, tickets are valid for unlimited travel across the Chiltern network on the date shown on the ticket.

Special conditions applicable to the network area

As tickets are only issued as e-tickets, they are not valid for travel to/from stations between Harrow-on-the-Hill and Amersham (inclusive), nor at South Ruislip and West Ruislip, as these stations are managed by London Underground and are unable to accept e-tickets.

For technical reasons, the product is priced to discourage general sales, with eligible staff being provided with a discount code to enter at checkout stage to reduce this to the desired level.
