Description

Standard Class Rail Rover for 1 day of train travel on the c2c LineAvailable to travelers aged 65 and over or Senior Railcard holders allowing off-peak travel between all c2c Stations.

Valid Mondays to Fridays only, excluding bank holidays. Travel time restrictions apply.Not valid on the services of other train operators or London Underground.

Outward Journey

Day Of Travel

One Day Rover valid on date shown on ticket.

Time Of Travel

The All-Line Rover is valid for use after 09:30 and is not valid on any trains travelling within the London Travelcard area (Zones 1-6) between 16:00-18:59.

Return Journey

Day Of Travel

One Day Rover valid on date shown on ticket.

Time Of Travel

The All-Line Rover is not valid on any trains travelling within the London Travelcard area (Zones 1-6) between 16:00-18:59.

Refunds

For tickets purchased until 31 March 2026:

Refunds must be claimed within 28 days of the ticket's expiry date. The expiry date depends on the terms and conditions of the ticket you have purchased.

For tickets purchased from 1 April 2026:

Refundable until 23:59 the day before the ticket becomes valid for travel.

Not refundable once the ticket has become valid for travel unless Condition 30 of the National Rail Conditions of Travel (failure of train service) applies.

In exceptional circumstances a refund may be considered on unused or part-used tickets that have become valid for travel. In such cases an application must be made to the retailer within 28 days of the expiry date of the ticket and should include the reason for non-use. Additional evidence may be requested, refunds will be on a discretionary basis, and any use made of the ticket may mean that in some circumstances no refund will be due.

Refunds are only available from the retailer that sold the tickets.

An administration fee (up to a maximum of £5 per ticket) may be applied.

Changes To Travel Plans

If the customer wishes to change the date of travel, or the origin or destination of their ticket, it may be necessary to buy a new ticket and apply for a refund on their existing ticket.
