Refunds

Wholly unused tickets are refunded. An administration charge is deducted. to the rail portion of the ticket only. The ferry portion is only refunded if ferry reservations are cancelled with FGW telesales before the ferry leaves.

Changes to booked ferry crossing must be agreed with Great Western Railway telesales before the starting.
