Description

Small Group Day offers groups of 3 to 9 people travelling together a 25% discount on Standard Day Returns. ​​​​​​​

Small Group Day tickets are available on all routes priced by Transport for Wales and are the TfW Group product equivalent to Groupsave. They can be used on other operators' services as listed below.

General Conditions

A minimum of 3 people travelling together is required for Small Group Day discounted tickets to be valid for travel. Usual excess fare arrangements apply,

All members of the group must travel together at all times to validate the product.

If there are 10 or more traveling together, you need contact the Group Travel Department on 02920 320 002 (Opening hours: Mon-Fri 08:30 - 16:00)

Outward Journey

Day Of Travel

Valid within the Transport for Wales network where a Standard Day Return is available Monday to Friday, all day Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.

Valid for journeys 09:30-15:59 and from 18:30 M-F

Return Journey

Day Of Travel

Valid within the Transport for Wales network where a Standard Day Return is available Monday to Friday, all day Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.

Not valid for journeys starting 16:00-18:29 M-F

Refunds

Small Group Day ticket are refundable. If you decide not to use some or all of your ticket (s) to make all or part of your intended journey then you can get a refund by returning your unused ticket to the ticket office or place of purchase (for tickets bought via websites, telesales or travel agents) within 28 days of the ticket expiry date.

You may be required to pay an administration fee (up to a maximum of £10 per ticket). The refund amount will normally take into account any use you have made of the ticket and in some circumstances no refund will be paid.

If the number of tickets requested for refund reduces the group size that travel to below 3 (1 or 2 travellers), then the undiscounted Standard Day return ticket price will be used to calculate journeys made.  ​​​​​​​

Changes To Travel Plans

You may change your travel plans at any time within the validity of the ticket without having to pay an additional fare. Restrictions on when you can travel with this ticket may apply to both the outward and return journeys - please check before travelling
