Seated Ticket (Caledonian Sleeper)

Terms and Conditions

Description

Single (one-way) ticket which offers travel in the seated coach on a Caledonian Sleeper service. Available for any journey on the Caledonian Sleeper route and also for selected connecting services to / from other Scottish stations.

Ticket also includes:

  • Reclining spacious seats

  • Buffet service available with hot and cold food and drink, but no access to the lounge car

Tickets can be booked direct with Caledonian Sleepers at www.sleeper.scot or by calling 0330 060 0500.

Tickets can also be purchased at most major National Rail stations.

Infants aged 0-4 inclusive travel free of charge provided they share a seat or sleeper berth with an accompanying adult. A maximum of one infant can share with one adult. Two infants must be accompanied by two adults.

Children aged 5 to 15 travel with 50% off full fares.

Railcards

16 -25 Railcard, Senior Railcard, HM Forces Railcard, Family & Friends Railcard, Disabled Persons Railcards and Two Together Railcard all offer 34% discounts.

Refunds

For tickets purchased before 07 June 2023

Full refunds are available up to midday the day before travel. For after midnight departures this is midday 2 days before travel. There is no admin fee.

After midday the day before departure refunds are not available.

For tickets purchased on or after 07 June 2023

Refunds are available on a sliding scale depending on when the refund is requested.

  • 7 days or more before travel - a full refund is available with no admin fee

  • Less than 7 days and before midday the day before travel (2 days before for departures between 00:01 and 04:30) a 50% refund is available

  • After midday the day before departure (2 days before for departures between 00:01 and 04:30) refunds are no longer available

Changes To Travel Plans

There are no change of travel arrangements. Guests wishing to change their travel arrangements should refund their ticket and purchase a new ticket.
