10:29 (also not between 15:15 and 18:59) from London St Pancras
Not valid to arrive at St Pancras before 11:26
Not valid to arrive at Waterloo before 11:48
Return Travel
Not valid on trains timed to depart:
London Paddington after 04:29 and before 10:11 and after 15:01 and before 19:01;
Reading after 04:29 and before 10:30 and after 15:30 and before 19:01;
London Waterloo after 04:29 and before 08:15 and after 15:59 and before 19:01.
London St Pancras after 02:29 and before 10:29 and after 15:15 until 18:59.
Not valid for travel on trains timed to depart after 04:29 and before the times shown from the following stations:
08:50 (also not valid between 00:01 and 04:29) from Didcot Parkway
08:35 from Fareham;
08:55 (also not valid between 00:01 and 04:29) from Newbury
08:50 from Salisbury;
08:50 from Southampton Central.
Not valid on trains timed to arrive at Salisbury before 09:30, or between 17:40 and 19:01

Notes
Super Off-Peak tickets from stations not listed are valid for connections into trains departing as shown above.
Restriction code WO applies to all journeys via Newbury or Didcot Parkway, not passing through Reading.
Restriction code Q8 applies to all journeys via Fareham / Southampton / Salisbury.
Restriction codes CI / CJ apply to all journeys via London St Pancras International.

Easement
Severn Tunnel Closure Wednesday 3 to Thursday 18 July 2024
The following easements will apply during this line closure, for customers travelling to/from Wales, for journeys to / from / via Didcot, Reading, London and Southeast:
Travel towards London
The 07:23 GWR service from Carmarthen to Paddington becomes Super Off-Peak
Travel from London
The 10:12 GWR service from London Paddington to Swansea becomes Super Off-Peak.
The 15:12 GWR service from London Paddington to Swansea becomes Super Off-Peak.
The 18:12 GWR service from London Paddington to Swansea becomes valid with Off-Peak and Super Off-Peak tickets.
Seasonal Variations
GWR Christmas and New Year Travel Restrictions 2023/24 Up to and including Thu 22 December : Normal ticket restrictions apply. Fri 22 December: Off-Peak tickets valid all day. Super Off-Peak tickets subject to normal restriction times.
Sat 23 December to Mon 01 January * No ticket restrictions apply. Tue 02 January 2024 onwards Normal ticket restrictions apply. Journey planners have been updated with the above information. *Please note this only applies to journeys priced by GWR. Flows within Wales, between Cheltenham and Gloucester and long-distance routes to areas not served by GWR are priced by other Train companies, who may have different Christmas travel restrictions in place.
