Details

Travel wherever you like on Greater Anglia, East Midlands Railway and Great Northern services within the Anglia Plus area.  This is within the whole of Norfolk (except to Kings Lynn) and Suffolk (except to Sudbury) and to and from Cambridge and Ely.

Holders of Anglia Plus tickets may take a cycle with them, free of charge, but on mainline services between Ipswich and Norwich a free advance cycle reservation is essential.

Tickets can be purchased from station ticket offices, Train Company Telesales offices, certain travel agents and (where no ticket office is available) from on-train staff.

Booking Conditions

Full refund on unused tickets returned before the start date shown on them.

Refunds can only be made if a ticket is purchased in advance and presented for a refund before the date of travel.

All refunds are subject to an administration fee.

The ticket is valid for one day from 08:45 Mondays to Fridays and at any time on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. Earlier travel is permitted on the following weekday departures:

  • 08:15 Saxmundham, 08:25 Wickham Market, 08:32 Melton (Suffolk), 08:38 Woodbridge (to Ipswich)

  • 08:21 Norwich, 08:31 Salhouse, 08:36 Hoveton & Wroxham, 08:43 Worstead (to Sheringham)

  • 08:22 Sheringham, 08:26 West Runton, 08:33 Cromer, 08:39 Roughton Road (to Norwich)

  • 08:30 Ely, 08:38 Soham (to Ipswich)

  • 08:30 Thurston, 08:36 Elmswell (to Ipswich)

  • 08:36 Norwich, 08:43 Brundall Gardens (to Great Yarmouth)

  • 08:33 Norwich (to Cambridge)

  • 08:38 pswich (to Norwich).

The ticket is also available on the following local bus services:

On any First bus in Norwich, except Park & Ride services.

Between Ipswich or Derby Road stations and Ipswich Town Centre on any direct services by First or Ipswich Buses, or by Ipswich Buses to Ipswich Hospital or Ransomes Industrial Estate.

On the "Breeze" town services in Bury St Edmunds operated by Stephensons.
