- Tickets are valid for 3 months from date of issue.
- Passengers MUST validate the ticket using permanent black ink before boarding the train.
- Attempted fraudulent use will result in withdrawal of this ticket, payment of full fare for the journey being made and a possible criminal charge.
- Only 10 complete unused Off-Peak Carnet tickets will be considered for a refund.
- Lost or stolen individual tickets will not be replaced.
- Peak tickets are valid at any time
- Break of journey is permitted
- Off-Peak Carnet tickets are valid at anytime on weekends and Public Holidays.
- On weekdays Off-Peak Carnet tickets cannot be used on trains arriving into London before 10:00. From London, these tickets cannot be used before 09:30, plus between 16:30 and 19:01 for journeys to Cambridge, Royston, Letchworth Garden City, Huntingdon, St Neots, Hitchin, Stevenage, Bedford, Leagrave, Luton, Luton Airport Parkway, Harpenden and St Albans City
