Our Lost Property Office is located at City Thameslink Station.

An administration fee is charged for all lost property items, payable on collection, of between £3 and £20, according to the item. When we contact you we will be able to let you know the cost associated with retrieving the item you have lost. 

Items may be sent to the owner by arrangement. Items not collected within 3 months are disposed of.

Buying tickets on the train
