Early May Bank Holiday information:

Saturday 4 May

Chiltern Railways services between London Marylebone and Birmingham Moor Street are expected to be very busy, as it's the only route open between London and Birmingham during the bank holiday weekend. (Engineering work is affecting services to / from London Euston and the line is closed between Coventry and Birmingham International).

Due to late night engineering work between Oxford and Oxford Parkway, from 23:00 buses will replace trains between Oxford and Oxford Parkway.

Due to engineering work, no service will operate between London Marylebone and Aylesbury via Amersham.

You can use your ticket on London Underground Metropolitan line services between Baker Street (which is near London Marylebone) and Amersham / Hillingdon. Replacement buses will run between Beaconsfield and Aylesbury Vale Parkway via Amersham.

Sunday 5 May

Chiltern Railways services between London Marylebone and Birmingham Moor Street are expected to be very busy, as it's the only route open between London and Birmingham during the bank holiday weekend. Due to early morning engineering work between Oxford and Oxford Parkway, until 08:45 buses will replace trains between Oxford and Oxford Parkway.

Due to engineering work, no service will operate between London Marylebone and Aylesbury via Amersham.

Saturday 25 May

An amended timetable will be in operation due to the FA Cup Final at Wembley Stadium. An enhanced timetable will be in operation for most of the day, with additional Wembley Stadium stops in trains, and also some additional trains.

No trains will run between London Marylebone and Aylesbury via Amersham. You can use your ticket on London Underground Metropolitan line services between Baker Street and Hillingdon / Amersham. Replacement buses will run between Beaconsfield and Aylesbury Vale Parkway via Amersham.

Sunday 26 May

An amended timetable will be in operation due to the Championship Play Off Final at Wembley Stadium. An enhanced timetable will be in operation for most of the day, with additional Wembley Stadium stops in trains, and also some additional trains.

No trains will run between London Marylebone and Aylesbury via Amersham due to engineering work. You can use your ticket on London Underground Metropolitan line services between Baker Street and Hillingdon / Amersham. Replacement buses will run between Beaconsfield and Aylesbury Vale Parkway via Amersham.

Monday 27 May - Late May Bank Holiday

Chiltern Railways will be operating an amended Saturday-style timetable on Late May Bank Holiday Monday.
