Sunday 5 April

Changes to services between London Paddington and Heathrow Airport / Reading

Due to engineering work in the London Paddington area, the following service changes will be made:

Before 07:40:

No trains will run between London Paddington and Ealing Broadway.

If you have a National Rail paper ticket or e-ticket, you can use your ticket at no extra cost on London Underground and London Buses between London Paddington and Ealing Broadway. If you are using contactless payment / Oyster card, you can also use the above alternative travel options but you will be required to pay the normal tap in / tap out fares for your journey.

From 07:40 until end of service:

The following train service will operate:

  • Abbey Wood - Maidenhead: services will start / terminate at London Paddington low level and will not run to and from Maidenhead

  • Abbey Wood - Heathrow T4: services will be reduced to 2 trains per hour

  • Shenfield - Heathrow T5: services will operate

  • Abbey Wood - Reading: services will operate and will call additionally at Iver

  • Acton Main Line, Hanwell and West Ealing stations will have no Elizabeth line service

Monday 6 April - Easter Monday

Late night changes to services between London Paddington and Heathrow Airport / Maidenhead

Due to late night engineering work in the London Paddington area, from 22:00 until the end of service the following service changes will be made:

  • Abbey Wood - Maidenhead: services will start / terminate at London Paddington low level and will not run to and from Maidenhead

  • Abbey Wood - Heathrow T4: services will be reduced to 2 trains per hour

  • Acton Main Line, Hanwell and West Ealing stations will have no Elizabeth line service after 23:00. If you have a National Rail paper ticket or e-ticket, you can use your ticket at no extra cost on London Buses to complete your journey. If you are using contactless payment / Oyster card, you can also use the above alternative travel options but you will be required to pay the normal tap in / tap out fares for your journey.
