Description

Engineering work is taking place at Filton Abbey Wood and on the Freight only route between Bristol Parkway and Avonmouth, causing a reduction to service.

Due to closure of the freight only route between Bristol Parkway and Avonmouth, freight trains are diverted over the passenger lines reducing passenger train capacity.

Trains between Filton Abbey Wood and Bristol Temple Meads will not run.

Local trains between Gloucester and Bristol Temple Meads (and beyond) will call additionally at Ashley Down, Stapleton Road and Lawrence Hill to compensate.

Stapleton Road and Lawrence Hill will continue to be served by Severn Beach / Avonmouth services.

The 14:12 Bristol Temple Meads to Avonmouth will not run.

The 14:46 Avonmouth to Weston-super-Mare will start from Bristol Temple Meads.
