Description

Engineering work is taking place between Newark Castle and Lincoln / Cleethorpes, closing various lines overnight from Monday evening until Friday morning.

Monday to Thursday:

The 19:44 Leicester to Cleethorpes service will terminate at Market Rasen. A replacement bus will run from Market Rasen to Cleethorpes.

The 20:44 Leicester to Lincoln service will terminate at Newark Castle. For Collingham, Swinderby or Hykeham, you should travel on earlier train services.

The 21:58 Cleethorpes to Nottingham train will be replaced by a bus throughout.

Tuesday to Friday:

The 04:58 Lincoln to Cleethorpes service will be replaced by a bus throughout.

The 05:00 Cleethorpes to Lincoln service will not run.

The 05:50 Cleethorpes to Newark Northgate service will start from Market Rasen at 06:32. An earlier replacement bus will run from Cleethorpes at 04:53 to Market Rasen, connecting with the train.
