Engineering work is taking place in the New Cross Gate area, closing all lines.
London Overground:
No service between New Cross Gate and Crystal Palace/West Croydon.
If you have a National Rail paper ticket or e-ticket, you can use your ticket at no extra cost on the following operators’ services:
Southern replacement buses between New Cross Gate and Crystal Palace
Local buses:
171 between New Cross Gate and Brockley
P4 between Brockley and Honor Oak Park
P4 and 197 / 176 or P12 and 122 between Honor Oak Park and Forest Hill / Sydenham
157 for journeys between Crystal Palace, Anerley and Norwood Junction
122 or 450 between Sydenham and Crystal Palace
176 and 197 between Sydenham and Penge West
London Trams between:
East Croydon and West Croydon
If you are using contactless payment / Oyster card, you can also use the above alternative travel options but you will be required to pay the normal tap in / tap out fares for your journey.
Southern:
No trains will run between London Bridge and Crystal Palace / East Croydon via Sydenham.
Replacement buses will run between New Cross Gate and Crystal Palace.
Trains between London Bridge and Caterham / Tattenham Corner will run to an amended timetable, and will be diverted to run via Peckham Rye.
Trains between London Victoria and London Bridge will only run between London Victoria and Crystal Palace.
Customers are advised to use London Underground services between London Bridge and Canada Water / London Overground (Windrush line) services between Canada Water and New Cross Gate.
Ticket acceptance:
Paper rail tickets will be accepted on London Bus route 157 between Crystal Palace and West Croydon.
Tickets will also be accepted on Jubilee line trains between London Bridge and Canada Water, and on London Overground trains between Canada Water and New Cross Gate.
Tickets will also be accepted on Southeastern trains between Nunhead / Penge East and London Victoria.
