Description

Engineering work is taking place between New Cross Gate and Crystal Palace / West Croydon, closing all lines late on Monday to Thursday evenings.

London Overground:

After 2350, no trains will run between New Cross Gate and Crystal Palace / West Croydon.

If you have a National Rail paper ticket or e-ticket, you can use your ticket at no extra cost on the following operators’ services:

  • Southern services between Crystal Palace, Norwood Junction and East Croydon

  • London Trams between East Croydon and West Croydon

  • London Bus routes:

    • 171 / 171 between New Cross Gate and Brockley

    • P4 between Brockley and Honor Oak Park

    • P4 and 197 / 176 or P12 and 122 between Honor Oak Park and Forest Hill / Sydenham

    • 157 for journeys between Crystal Palace, Anerley and Norwood Junction

    • 122 or 450 between Sydenham and Crystal Palace

    • 176 and 197 between Sydenham and Penge West

If you are using contactless payment / Oyster card, you can also use the above alternative travel options but you will be required to pay the normal tap in / tap out fares for your journey.

Southern:

Monday to Thursday:

The 23:02 London Bridge to Selhurst train will depart later at 23:05 and run later at all stations to Selhurst.

The 23:20 London Victoria to London Bridge train will depart later at 23:22 and run non-stop from Streatham Hill to London Bridge. A replacement bus will run from Streatham Hill to London Bridge calling at stations via Sydenham.

The 23:58 London Bridge to Streatham Hill train will run non-stop from London Bridge to Streatham Hill. A replacement bus will run from London Bridge to Streatham Hill via Sydenham, calling at normal stations.

Tuesday to Friday:

The 00:01 London Bridge to Selhurst train will depart later at 00:04.

The 00:02 London Bridge to East Croydon train will be diverted between London Bridge and Norwood Junction and will call at Norwood Junction and East Croydon approximately 10 minutes later than usual.

The 00:17 London Bridge to Caterham train will be diverted between London Bridge and Norwood Junction and will call at stations from Norwood Junction to Caterham approximately 10 minutes later than usual.

The 00:35 London Bridge to East Croydon train will be diverted and will only call at Norwood Junction. A replacement bus will run from London Bridge and East Croydon via Sydenham.

Journey times will be increased when using replacement buses.
