Amended morning services in the Newbury area on Sunday 19 October

Description

Engineering work is taking place between Reading and Theale, closing lines on Sunday morning.

Long distance services:

The 08:04 (departing 07:53) London Paddington to Penzance service will divert between Reading and Westbury (via Swindon – not calling). It will not call at Newbury or Pewsey. For these stations, you should use the amended 08:44 London Paddington to Penzance service (see below).

The 08:44 (departing 08:28) London Paddington to Penzance service will call additionally at Newbury and Pewsey.

Local services:

The 08:06 Reading to Newbury will not run. Earlier road transport will run at 07:51 from Reading to Newbury, calling all stations except Newbury Racecourse (connecting at Newbury with the 08:33 Reading to Bedwyn, see below).

The 08:33 Reading to Bedwyn service will start from Newbury at 09:02.
